  : shower didn't work, the phone in the room didnt work, room keys didn't work if you put it too close to any electronic, breakfast was terrible, the pool area needs updating- there was a huge dehumidifier in the pool area and every child was coughing non stop because they couldn't breathe.

  : Breakfast was decent. The room was decent. Staff were nice and polite.
  : The sheets in room were clean but the room looked like no one was in there to clean before we check in. The furniture and lampshades seemed dusty and the bathroom floor wasn’t really clean. I’ve seen hair on the floor, but it wasn’t disgusting; but they could’ve gone in there and did a quick cleanup before we checked in. Other than that, It was a decent stay for a night we just traveled for a concert. Another thing is I heard this place didn’t have working warm water so I was really skeptical about staying here (because I already booked the room) but we were fine. We had working warm water but if it helps we were on the second floor.

  : Good location. Check-in staff and the breakfast staff were very friendly & helpful

  : The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was spacious but not super clean
  : The hot water was touchy. I didnt have any at first and I spoke with the front desk staff who informed me that I needed to let it run for 15-20 min. I booked the king suite with the jacuzzi. I let it run for 30 min before it got hot.

  : We were disappointed to find several “hairs” on our bed sheets when we pulled back the covers . Seemed like the bed had just been made before our stay .. not changed . We complained and had to move to another room after unpacking
