  : I was told that I had to check in that afternoon. no one ever told me that I had to check in physically by 7 PM or the doors were locked and no staff was in the building to let people in after 7 PM. that was never stated. I did try several times to call the in town suite phone number and only got a lady at a different locations saying that she'd only handled reservations. She attempted to call in town suites as did I and never got a live person on the phone. I tried the following day and there was no answer answer at all. I also tried to call booking.com and did speak to one of their people and all they had was the phone number that I had called they did not have any other way to contact the people.   : Rooms are dirty floors arent kept well to have a decent room to have to so much more roaches, no trash cans, house keeping doesnt check on guest, toilets run, water pressure sucks rooms stink!

  : The room had roaches. I had to buy bug spray. And sleep with the light on at night. I would have left . but i had already paid $630 for room and they would not give refund for unused days.

  : Not sure, wasnt ever able to check in. Staff was nowhere in sight for hours. Called the number in the door and was told 15 minutes and someone will be there. They quit answering the phone after the third hour of us waiting. We left after waiting four hours waiting to be checked in.
  : What did I like is the easier question and that answer would be nothing.
