  : Leaving the hotel on checkout day!
  : I will never book accommodations at this hotel again, nor refer it to anyone. There were loud, obnoxious people on my floor who refused to be courteous to the other guests, and they should have been thrown out. I was sick and could not drive 5 hours to my home feeling so bad, so I got the hotel to give extra time to rest and feel better to drive home The hotel did not have workable vending or ice machines. The main reason is the housekeeping employees knock on my door before 8:00 am with the do not disturb on the door handle. On checkout day, housekeeping woke me up by knocking on my door at 8:00 a.m., with the hanging tag still on the handle and when I didn't go to the door, they called my room several times. I've never had that happen to me by any hotel until this accommodation. I was forced to drive myself home, not having adequate rest.

  : We love the service we received very nice and friendly staff
  : Oir toilet in our room was rocky, the toilet paper holder kept falling out of wall. There were no towels in pool area but we asked and were given them. Breakfast was sufficient enough for our group of 6.

  : The location to things we wanted to do , it was clean easy to get too
  : The shower needs some attention, was hard to adjust and when trying to adjust the arm has a severe leak if turned a certain way, the door doesn't close enough to keep water from going out on floor. Also breakfast could be a little better , one morning the scrambled eggs were little rubbery like they had been there for quite awhile
