  : The sheets and towels were clean
  : Yes, there's very poor quality of service there. No one is ever at the counter, or answers the phone. The room furniture is very poor with many stains and dents on the wood. That goes for the rest of the furniture throughout the hotel. No room coffee.

  : Very easy to find off the interstate.
  : There was mold on the ceiling in the bedroom. The deadbolt on the door did not work. There was a man picking inside the dumpster when I walked to my car after checkout, scared me to death when his head popped up out of there.

  : Location was the ONLY thing we liked!!
  : Hotel was NOT clean..the dining room was very lacking..no food for breakfast..and only open from 6-8outside doors did not lock..2 towels got 3 adults..NO was clothes or hand towels and 1 Roll of toilet paper. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!

  : Unfortunately not a lot. The room smelled terrible, but seemed to be clean. When we laid on the bed we could feel the springs in the mattress, but somehow we slept OK.
  : There was almost nothing for breakfast. When we came through there at different times 4 mornings, there was a pancake machine and some Fruit Loops and Corn Flakes. We didn't find any yogurts, packs of hot cereal, fruit, muffins, eggs, juices or hardly anything you would hope they would have available for breakfast.

  : Beds were comfortable (sort of)
  : First room was nice,(handicap room, as requested) toilet backed up. Room changed, (NOT HANDICAP) not as nice. PHONE, TV, ALARM CLOCK did not work. Clerk gave some lame excuses for problems (blamed TV on supplier) And when checking out, could not see clerk

  : Staff was friendly, location was right off the interstate.
  : Room was dirty, no toiletries provided, toilet paper holder was broken, substantial mold on the ceiling above the shower, bathtub was heavily stained, seeing a roach skittering along next to the ironing board was the final straw. Could well have been from the next room over (door to next room was there and not sealed to the floor), but I wasn't going to stay and find out. Cheaper to get a new room elsewhere nearby, even at 12:30 in the morning, than pay for an exterminator in a month or two at home.

  : The beds were somewhat comfortable, that was the ONLY bright spot. Other than that, not much to say.
  : The very first day, we were given a nice handicap room, As I AM disabled, BUT the very FIRST time we flushed the toilet in THAT room, it overflowed. Went to see the desk attendant (Could not reach front desk by phone) & instead of HIM trying to fix it, He handed me a plunger. Did NOT work, still overflowed. He gave us another room (NOT handicap),In THAT room the TV & phone would not work & the alarm clock was broken. He gave me another alarm clock, that BARELY worked, and a bunch of lame excuses as to why the TV & phone did not work. NO ONE would come to the desk as we tried to check out, so I could not tell the manager of our problems. Will not EVER stay here again, especially since this was the 2nd time we stayed there & had a bad experience.
