  : I was attending the 2024 NAIA National Track and Field Championships hosted by Indiana Wesleyan University. The location of your property was close to restaurants and near the competition site I was visiting.
  : I called prior to my arrival to confirm my reservation. The person that answered the phone was abrupt, hard to understand and extremely rude. The call lasted approximately ten seconds and they hung up without giving me the opportunity to ask any questions. I repeatedly tried to call back but no one picked up. I had my teenage daughters with me and I wanted adjoining rooms. When I got there I asked for adjoining rooms but was told no because they were “sold out”. When I went to my room I noticed the room next to me was unoccupied. Because the rooms were being assigned as the guests arrived, I don’t understand why my request could not be accommodated. The receptionist gave us rooms that were far from one another and would not change them. Very poor customer service. The rooms towels were dingy white, looked unwashed and the sheets were stained. My wife wanted to stay at a different hotel. It was my idea to stay with you. You made me look very unwise in the eyes of my wife and children.

  : The location was close to the venue I needed to go to.
  : Both beds had dirty linens that were yellow from urine or bodily fluids. Was covered with mattress covers and pillow cases to hide the filth. Sheets, pillows, and bed was dirty and badly stained. I had to buy clean sheets from walmart just to be able to sleep on the bed. Could not use the pillows as they were to dirty. Stripped down the bed and used my new stuff instead.
