  : Good location. Clean place.
  : I was there to have a major surgery at Cleveland Clinic. When I went to take my nighttime shower, there was no hot water. I had to move to another hotel. I was told that I couldn't get a refund after being put on hold for almost 15 minutes. The excuse given was that a lot of people were getting out of the pool and showering at that time. Really!!!

  : It was close to my meeting I had to attend for a global business.
  : Everything! This used to be a great place to stay and I should’ve listened to the reviews that they have had over the past couple years! This was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I and my co-worker have ever stayed at. She also use to work in the hotel business and could not believe that room was this dirty and run down. It’s really disappointing that this company does not take their reviews seriously and take action to fix the issues! We were so close to just sleeping in our suv. I don’t need to go on as to what all was wrong with the room as I will post pictures and they will say it all! I wish I could post more pictures on this post so I will just add them to another review!

  : I did not enjoy my stay at this property. I was in town for a concert, so I had no time to look for alternate accommodation.
  : The room was dirty, massive carpet stains, cigarette burns in the furniture, dirty windows, smelled of stale cigarette smoke. THe A/C did not work, there were no mosquito nets on the windows, so it was very stuffy, since we couldn't open the windows for the risk of being bitten. The following day was +30C (Nearly 90F). The door to the bathroom would hit the toilet and we could barely close it. There were stains on the walls in the bathroom, very gross. This is not quite a hotel. They have people living there long term, it almost looks like low income housing. When I checked in, I was given a room, that someone was already occupying, the lights were on and water running in the bathroom. I had to go back and get a different room, only to find that the key did not work. The staff was nice though, so I didn't have a problem. But, as we were packing up in the morning, while Booking.com had the checkout listed at 12, we got a call from reception at 11-something am, saying that we need to check out immediately. When we told them our booking is until 12, they called us rude and hung up.DO NOT RECOMMEND. We were stuck with it, since we were only in town for one night for a concert and had no time to change accommodations.

  : The bathroom was horrible! You couldn’t even shut the door because the toilet was in the way.

  : It was convenient to where we were going and lots of restaurants nearby
  : Old and run down, lots of things falling apart and a musty smell. We also had no towels and when we went to go ask for them we were told there were some in the wash and they’d call us when they were ready and we could come back to pick them up. We waited over an hour and then went back to get some. They said oh ya here ya go. Not happy with the service.

  : Used towels, dirty walls and fridge, a whole bunch of cigarettes butts around the front outside entrance and to many people up all times a night making noise!
