: We went all the way back to Milan Central on the first day to advise that the kettle had no base so we couldnt boil water and that the kitchen door handle fell off just by touching it. We stayed there for 6 nights and both were not rectified. Also, they charge a cleaning fee but want you to remove all rubbish. Whats the cleaning fee for then?

: Great location, super convenient check-in at the train station, fun decor, comfortable bed, relatively quiet at night, helpful doorman.
: Overall the apartment was very clean, but the corner behind the toilet needed a little more attention.The elevator was a great feature, but it only worked about half of the time. We had no problem taking these stairs, but folks who cant really do stairs might have gotten stranded.

: The location was great, right in the heart of the city. There were a few problems (a broken shower head and the washing machine was not turning on), but the company sent someone immediately to fix the problems as soon as I emailed them, which was very much appreciated.
: Upon arrival, I picked up my keys at the train station. It was relatively easy. But they have so many rules and threaten a fine for breaking them (including for the handling of trash/recycling), that it made me nervous the whole time.
