  : had problems with Booking.com not providing them the reservation number in a timely fashion. Hampton Inn placed onous on customer to resolve the issue. no shampoo, condition or soap in shower. would have asked for some but it was too late once shower had begun

  : Carpet in rooms is a dislike of mine. I was disappointed that this particular hotel did not honor military discount. The online website had outdated Covid policies

  : First room they put me in: dirty towels & the sheets hadn't been changed. The room I switched to had been cleaned but was dusty & felt run down. The iron ruined my shirt because I didn't realize something sticky/burnt was on it. Hallways smelled bad.

  : The lighting in the bathroom, shower water pressure and the provided hair dryer were all great. Beds were comfortable and the TV very nice.
  : Lighting in the room was poor, therewere no cups for use in the bathroom. The front desk staff was not helpful or atall interested in solving the issue that had us waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half BEFORE she would give us a room assignment because the hotel's computer didn't yet show our CONFIRMED online booking. The staffer never made any effort to get us in a room, but rather, after a 1 1/2 hour wait, we called the booking.com agent, who then immediately called the hotel, directly, and took care of the issue! At check in, we felt more like an inconvenience than a guest, as far as the night clerk was concerned!
