  : The in room, coffee pot was broken. Coffee service in the lobby was empty, and staff needed to be asked to replenish.In room electric outlet pulled out of the wall when disengaging cell phone charger which is really dangerous!

  : The bed was comfortable. The location was fine because it was easy for my son to pick me up.
  : The pillows were too hard. The noise level was bad, you could hear doors closing, people talking in the hallway and walking around in the room above me. Check in was not exactly friendly. It would have been nice to have been offered a bottle of water at the front desk since none was in the room. Since there's no breakfast, as in Hampton Inn and Suites, a muffin or a piece of fruit would be most welcome. Finally, the position of the TV was poor, it was too high up the wall.
