  : Nothing at all except the one security guy he was the only pleasant person there
  : The loud music from the next complex over. Pie pans under the burners on the stove. Looked like someone wet mopped the floor my wife spent the first few hours cleaning. The mattress was wore out. No channel guide. Hardly any channels. Toilet didn't flush properly. No one was at the front desk when we went to check out but the one thing that really really bothered me was the fact that the contractors that were working on the building was using the luggage carts to haul there equipment and materials on. I HAVE A HEART CONDITION AND HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL TRIPS UP AND DOWN THE ELEVATOR AND CARRY LUGGAGE OUT TO MY CAR WHILE MY WIFE STAYED AT THE VEHICLE. I had thought if I had another heart attack between the ground floor and the 12th floor my wife would of never known cause the other security guy was flirting with some lady in the liading and unloading zone and no one was watching the cameras. Only other complaint I have is all the people below us or beside us that was smoking pot on there balcony. Me and my wife are both state employees and did not need that around us. The other is with the company that hosted us they seemed like they didn't care at all and no matter what the question was they seemed sarcastic. You would think as much as we paid for this vacation things would of been different if I known this I would of invested a couple hundred more dollars and stayed a few buildings down

  : When we got into the room, we looked around and realized it wasnt cleaned. The floor boards were gross and sticky. Next to the bed there was what seems to be dry ketchup or BBQ sauce. The bed was caved and worn in. The gentleman at the front desk informed us the room hasnt been cleaned sense Aug 09, 23 the signed in day of check in for 5 mins just to inspect the room. We checked out same day of checkIn and took our business else where. Photos are very outdated. What we got is not what was advertised.
