  : Location and clean rooms.
  : Communication with the staff - our flight was delayed for couple hours and we have informed apartments immediately - the answer was " house rules, no such late check in, its out of working hours, its your problem". Next day on our arrival there was smoking cleaning staff in the kitchen. If you think you are renting apartment - you are wrong, its a room with toilet, sink and shower. You are not allowed to do anything else (eg eat in the room) except to sleep. The terrace you see in the photos - thats 4 chairs and a table for 4 or 5 rooms. Lunch and dinner are not allowed in the kitchen, only snacks. So basically you get a small room in a flat, and feels like you are in a very poor managed hostel. To add - very narrow steep stairs that makes difficult to enter apartments with luggage indeed.

  : Duvet not sheet and blanket, but that is a small point. Overall it was lovely.

  : A very good location,, fine room and fluid communication, check-in and check-out. Definitely a good place to stay during your time in Naples.

  : The communal terrace area and shared kitchen work very well.
  : The bedroom floor wasnt the cleanest - not overly keen on the style of loose lay rugs unless theyre spotlessly clean.

  : Great location. Nice rooms, decorated.
  : No kitchen due to covid. Walls are thin, can hear people talking or walking up and down the stairs all night.Bed is small (I am 1.85m and my legs were out of the bed).
