  : The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard and had everything we needed.
  : Unfortunately the air con wasn't working properly so the room was really warm and the bed was too hard so I didn't sleep very well.

  : Had a very disappointing stay at this place and would not recommend it to anyone. The wifi barely works and the bed shakes all night due to the metro station underneath. The rooms are not soundproof as advertised. The 'breakfast' is just a weak coffee and stale, sweet pastry at the caf across the road. My husband asked for one of the savoury options on offer and was declined. We then watched another two people staying at the same place ask for the same option after us and they were given it. Our room was not serviced and the owner stopped replying to my messages & phone calls when I raised our concerns. You have to pay to use the lift or climb 5 flights of stairs. On our second night someone was continuously pressing the buzzer to get into the building after 11pm, which rang a phone in the reception area and kept us awake. The coffee machine in our room was filthy like the water container had never been cleaned so we could not use it. Don't run a business if you won't take responsibility for poor service.

  : GREAT location. Right near Piazza Dante leading into the old town (and Dante metro station).Breakfast was at the coffee shop opposite (very friendly). Hotel manager (Antonia) was very helpful, showing us some useful places on the map, and recommendations of places to go during our stay.
  : Not so much "didn't like", as I just wanted to point out for guests that the lift charges for its use at certain hours during the (working) day. It's only 10 Euro cents, but make sure to keep a supply. The reception in the hotel also has a few available in case you are out

  : Very clean and very big room! The location is amazing !!! Right next to metro station, the old town, the central shopping street, everything is right next to Dante! There is also parking near. But what makes this place even better is Antonia, who is one of the most welcoming, warm and eager to help people I have come across in a hotel!
  : For the included breakfast you get a ticket that you can use to have one coffee and one pastry per person from a cafe across the street. It was ok but I would of liked it to be more clear from the beginning.

  : I liked that it was central to most things. It had great connections to the metro and train stations. The host, Antonia, was wonderful and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. I cant recommend her enough! Easy walk to the shops and sea front and city museums. It was secure and we felt safe in the property. Aircon was amazing and very much needed, although light on it very bright. Bed comfortable and the mini fridge great for keeping water cold in the 30 degree heat.
  : It was very noisy at night into the small hours. The old building shakes when large vehicles go past, even when youre 5 stories up! It was a bit too light in the room. Black out curtains would have been great. Front door access was troublesome until you got the hang of it. LED lights in main bedroom were very bright and distracting at night.
