  : The room was great. It had a huge private balcony which was amazing. The accommodation was 50m from the metro, which was perfect with getting around. Quite a few shops and bakeries in the area. The lady that was in charge was extremely nice.
  : It was a little difficult to communicate as the lady in charge didn't speak any English. She was very sweet, and in the end, everything worked out, with a little help from Google translate.

  : Room looks exactly as in the pictures, everything is very new and modern. Our room had a little private patio and great sunlight. Rooms are on the ground floor of the building, which is walking distance to many sights and things to do.
  : It's important to understand that this is not a staffed hotel - it's a series of maybe 6 rooms accessed from a main door to that section of the building. You get the key to your room but there is no staff at all post check-in or breakfast (which is served in a dining room that is only open at that time). In our case, the wifi completely stopped working and we had limited cell phone signal inside the building, which meant we couldn't do any work from the room. We wanted to try resetting the router but there was no way to access it from our room or the hallways. We called LHP's number but they said that no-one was there nor would be there until the next day, and that the one person they might be able to send over to check the wifi was not responsive. So, we were left without any internet connection for almost two days. I spent Sunday night wandering the streets trying to find somewhere open where I could use the wifi.

  : Excellent position with the metro very close. Modern facilities, modern and clean room. Signora Caterina took care of us, preparing us a very rich breakfast and providing us information for everything in Naples!! Excellent person willing to help you with everything! We will return for sure!
