  : The building is not kind of hotel building,very difficult to understand . It was not cleaned enough, there were hairs on both bad sheets and bathroom. The parking is a huge problem, there is enough park space but owner does not accept you, if you are with a car and u have to spend 40eur for parking outside, why to stay in such hotel, with that price can afford a better one. In the photos, you see the historical buildings, I was thinking they would be the view from the room, but they are nothing to do with the place itself.

  : The room was spacious, breakfast was good, staff was nice and location was very convenient.
  : There was mold around the window, woke up to ants on the night stand and there wasno hot water the first 2 days.

  : the hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay prior to a hiking tour.
  : unfortunately our experience arriving was terrible. the hotel is not well marked other than a very small sign beside multiple buzzers. not easy to find in the pouring rain. once we located the buzzer we tried multiple times to reach someone but to no a avail. we tried calling but did not get an answer. after about 20 minutes standing with our bags in the rain another hotel guest arrived an showed us the code to get in. the entry is a very gloomy courtyard filled with old vehicles and the doorway to the hotel is not marked. our fell guest fused us to the hotel entrance )which is on floor 2 which we had no way of knowing). we found no one at the desk and waited another 20 minutes while we tried again to reach someone by phone. finally I wa so frustrated and needed to use the washroom so badly that I went behind the desk l and found my name and room number. I took the key and let myself into what I hoped was our room. we called several more times and still no answer. we met another guest who gave us a different number to try. we reached the owner there. she was not happy that we called her personal number and told us that we should have called someone named Antonio. how we would have known to do that remains a mystery. she sent Antonio to the hotel to get copies of our passports. the next mortar left and again no one was at the front desk. the cleaning lady kindly offered to take our key. it was not a great experience after an overnight flight and train ride. if you are looking for a challenge by all means stay here.

  : Location is good.
  : The bedroom window faced into the courtyard so there was no natural light. I couldnt get the lift to come down to the ground floor so had to carry my case up 2 flights of stairs. Receptionist communicated via Google translate. I was assured that my taxi for the airport in the morning had been booked but it didnt turn up. Thankfully the cleaning lady approached me outside the accommodation that morning and helped me to get a taxi - I was very grateful to her.

  : Close to everything. Very comfortable and clean.The staff packed us a breakfast snack as we had to leave early for our train
  : There was no way to contact anyone during an emergency or problem. The staff was only on site for a few hours daily.
