  : The room was modern and clean. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out and collected it before our flight.
  : The "hot tub" is just a tub with some jets. The room is opposite another building so you have to keep your curtains closed for privacy. It was very loud and there was a weird green light flashing all night. Tiny terrace with rusty old seats. The hotel was difficult to find and when I called for clarification they just kept saying that they were waiting at the reception. Overall not worth the steep price and I would just choose a real hotel next time.

  : The room was a good size
  : The hotel is not at the location listed on booking.com they’ve moved there’s a sign when you arrive. We arrived and asked for an upgrade at an additional cost. The room was dusty and the aircon didn’t work. We went out and came back to spot that we were actually above a club as well as a cafe. The club was closed when we left to go out. When we left we were told the aircon would be fixed but it wasn’t and we had to endure a night of uncomfortable heat. It was very loud outside as people were out partying until 4am, so couldn’t have the window open wide as we would have got no sleep at all. Misleading as you think you’re staying in a side road around the corner and not at this location. We had very little sleep. When we complained at check out we got €29 off our bill which was for the city taxes shocking considering the upgrade was an additional €50 plus. And what made matters worse is there was man in the foyer there to fix the aircon as I guess others had the same issue. Our last night in Italy was ruined by this experience.
