  : I stayed in 303. a nice corner view. The housekeeping was impeccable, super clean. I could control my room's air conditioning. It was quiet. The wifi was good, I did some work while I was there. I prefer a light breakfast rather than a big, cooked meal, which was offered. My breakfast was filling, coffee and cold water as I wished all day. The best thing about my stay was that Rick accommodated me with early check in and late check out. My car was in the shop and I had to wait for the repairs a couple of days. He was very friendly and gracious. I would definitely book this Inn again.

  : Locstion was excellent. Parking on site. Easy access to all attractions. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. Staff offered first floor room due to spouses disability which worked out well.
  : The room needs some updating. Paint peeling on ceiling and walls patched in some places but not finished. Staff did not explain that clean linens, towels were available on request. We expected the room to be cleaned daily and linens changed

  : Have been to the property numerous times and they are always great and they we very accommodating when we had to cancel with a future credit since I could not get a response from Booking.com. Breakfasts are good and the location is convenient to town (less than 5 min walk) and on a quiet street.
  : Booking.com - when I booked I did understand that it was non cancelable (with the proviso that they would get with the location to see if cancellation was ok). I put in the request online (since I could not find a number for Booking.com to speak to a person). I never heard anything back even after a second request. So will never use Booking again. Will can the lodging directly.

  : Room smelled like urine. Reported on first day and was given air freshener and dehumidifier, no discount. Wifi info given but did not appear on network so no wifi.

  : I booked Cleveland House Inn, but a few days before arrival Rick called to see if I would want to switch to another of their inns on Elm Street. I agreed and was upgraded from 2 queen rooms on the 3rd floor to 1 queen and 1 king room on the 1st floor (larger rooms than at C.H.I.) Picked up keys from Cleveland House. There was a small communal kitchen area shared by everyone staying at the Elm Street Inn, but no breakfast was made there. The king room that my husband and I stayed in was spacious and had a comfy bed and pillows. There was also a separate room with a twin bed. Clean linens, clean bathroom. Checking out we were able to just put our keys in the doors to the rooms and that was it, very simple! Small parking pad on the left side of the house as well as street parking (when available).
  : The only downsides we had were that the toilet handle in the king room wasn't working properly so it sometimes took a little finagling to get the toilet to flush. Our room didn't have an iron in it, but the queen room did have an iron and small ironing board (but the iron was a bit rusty on the bottom).
