  : No water or tea / coffee on site- or in room ( or fridge in room) . Had to walk 2 houses down to get hot water and tea bag to take back to my room . Could have at least at hot water etc in shared living room. No tv in room.

  : Nick was very nice and friendly. Room was clean.
  : Parking was difficult. Was told to honk horn someone would come out to direct us were to park.. Came back Friday night around 7-7:30pm and honked horn as directed but nobody came out. Had to to find own parking space which is difficult in area. Went inside and told person in office where we parked and she said ok! Ad says stay includes breakfast. Assumed it included full cooked breakfast for the price we paid for room. Was informed at check-in included continental breakfast and would be $16.50 per person for cooked breakfast. Should state so before booking.When went to room at arrival and was settling in we smelt odor of marijuana. We heard two women talking and looked out window and there were two women in alley between two buildings smoking. We left shortly after to attend wedding and they were not in alley. Don't know if they worked at hotel or were locals.

  : We got upgraded to a room in one of the accompanying inns, our room was called Mrs. Astor. The room was small, but comfortable with a king sized bed. We did not order breakfast. Overall, no complaints. The parking was easy and available, just a little scary pulling out of the lot since it's such a narrow driveway.
