  : The location is fabulous. We were three adults, and we were in a small family suite (bedroom plus a fold-out bed in a couch). Our room was clean (although my daughter noted that the carpet could use extra work and some of the surfaces needed a once-over) and had a Keurig, a small refrigerator, and a sink with dishes and utensils. A really nice set-up!We also were grateful to have parking, since we were traveling in a rental car. There was a tennis tournament and the usual robust tourist crowd, so parking was at a premium. Other family members were in a hotel that did not have parking. It was painful for them.
  : The lobby had a somewhat peculiar smell. Not a big deal, but a bit of a turn-off at the outset.Likely because of the season and limited availability, the price was higher than we had expected. But it seemed relatively normative.
