  : The view was awesome and we were located perfectly to everything we needed!
  : The beds were not real comfortable at all! The upstairs bath tub did not drain properly so we had to use the one downstairs! The toilet upstairs did not flush properly. Also we found 2 cockroaches, one in a cabinet and one managed to get into my cooler as well. Also the first time we tried to cook all the dishes in the cabinets were dirty and covered in grease and had to be washed. The side of the sink that had the garbage disposal was stopped up and would not drain properly.

  : The gated community was nice. The location was awesome. It was clean and cute at first glance.Thats pretty much all of the good points.
  : ROACHES!!! The beds were way too hard. ROACHES IN KITCHEN. The layout was horrible. The master bed is upstairs and in a loft style room. No privacy at all. A private conversation is impossible, let alone anything else. If occupied by a family the children would have to be downstairs. ROACHES IN LOWER BATHROOM. I called vacasa and the girl said they would contact the exterminater. That didnt help me at all. My family was stuck with roaches and it ruined our entire week of vacation. In the attached picture you can see one hiding by a dishwasher pod that housekeeping placed in the kitchen. We travel quite often. We try to stay at the hilton or hampton chains. But, we thought that we would give a condo a try. Needless to say, this was our first and last stay with vacasa.

  : Everything was there that we needed pots, pans, silverware an even a fan. It was very quiet and spacious.
  : The pillow cases were torn an with old dirt spot that didn't come out after wash.There were old poop stains on the side of the bathroom door up stairs, I had to reclean the upstairs bathroom.
