  : The location is perfect. Its clean inside.
  : Noise (peoples loud talking and screaming) from the lobby was until 3-4 am. Basement rooms are without a/c and even fans, so its quit hot inside and not comfortable. Why administration are not solving both of this issues are not understandable. If youre leaving at 6:00 am forget about breakfast and lunch boxes, because kitchen staff are leaving before 4 pm every day and no one can assist you.

  : Staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. If you don't mind not having a window to look out from, basement rooms are very useful and comfortable.
  : The staff did their best to heat up the room but unfortunately the electric heater was not powerful enough for that. Could be helpful if there was a trash bin. Shower drain was not draining properly; after some time the water at your feet becomes a puddle. Air conditioner in the bathroom was quite dirty and full from sucking up all the air.

  : The location is very good. The staff was friendly, basic friendly. Easy access to the city center, less than 10 min walking.
  : I did not like breakfast, I skipped it twice. I was staying in one of the rooms in the basement and I could smell humidity. Overall its ok for a very few nights. Another important thing was the noise, but not from the street but from the hotel. From my room I could hear everything, very late at night and very early in the morning, people shouting or speaking very loud. My last night I was exhausted, and from 11.30pm I could hear music and people coming from the lobby, I couldnt sleep, I called reception at 1.30 am and all they said was "I will let the band know". They did not stop for maybe another 30 mins. and it was a TUESDAY. So, it was noisy, at least from my room. That day was the worse but every day I could hear people until very late and I was beign awaken every single morning for the same reasons. I couldnt rest properly. Apart from that, it is a good place to stay, Maybe just DONT stay in the basement room.
