  : Room was very nice decor and the kitchen facilities were great. The location was good as it was just across the road from Karlovo Namesti underground station and lots of trams
  : 1) Getting the keys initially was a nightmare. There is a door code panel which is only activated by covering some sort of light and only worked part of the time. Additionally - the lighting in the corridor only worked some of the time, meaning you sometimes had to find the door in pitch black using only the light of your phone. 2) The cleanliness of the flat was poor. On the bed I found lots of long hairs left from what I presume is the previous female visitor, so the sheets were not changed - which makes me wonder what else was cleaned before I arrived. 3) The beds were very uncomfortable, very thin mattresses that were on either a hard floor, or on a quite unconfortable springy sofa bed. 4) Not the fault of the host, however for anyone that has not stayed in the type of accommodation where you have an upstairs sleeping arrangement in the same room, be aware that controlling the temperature of the room can be a pain. Because heat rises it is either nice and warm in the main room, however the sleeping area is unbearably hot, or the sleeping area is warm but the rest of the room is cold. Again - not the host's fault, just something that happens with this type of room.

  : The room has a gorgeous decoration, good appliances and it has washing and drying machine. It's a good size for a couple but wouldn't recommend for 4 people.
  : The communication with the host wasn't good. the instructions for the parking weren't good and when we called they didn't reply. The second day we didn't have warm water in the room, they didn't answer our calls and took long to answer the messages. In the end they didn't fix the shower and we were left without warm water.

  : Very convenient, comfortable, fully equipped and classy apartment straight on Charles square. Quality kitchen devices, equipment and furniture. Air conditioning appreciable during the summer. The instructions to reach the appartment were clear, but the procedure was lenghty, looking a little bit like an escape game ;) - I arrived around midnight, still I could manage to get in without troubles !
  : The only weakness was the WiFi connection. There were two options: one slow, one fast - only the slow one worked regularly, the fast one was kind of unstable and not so reliable, at least on my two devices (2020 Android phone and 2022 Ubuntu laptop).
