  : The hotel offers online check in, which once done didn't work at all (although it says on the website it is done, but never received any confirmation). The day of the arrival we contacted the hotel and the receptionist dismissed us saying how we need to pay at the reception. After confirming it was already done online and that we just want to know if the online check on worked, she finally asked for our name and said we still need to come to the reception. Once there, the staff wasn't friendly and even asked us to show the credit card that was used to pay. This has never happened before and was extremely unusual and already made us feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, after we were in our room, the toilet immediately got clogged and the bin couldn't open. We reported this, trying to be discreet and the receptionist loudly questioned us "if we are sure" in front of other guests that were checking in. We were assured someone that can handle this will be contacted and we went out. We returned after 3 hours and asked at the reception if the issue has been resolved or if we will be getting another room. The same receptionist acted like she couldn't remember what we were talking about and then said "that no one who can repair it was in the hotel". We asked if we would get a different room then and she finally called someone on the phone. The person on the phone refused to come in and check so the receptionist had to try and fix the issue. Finally she did but we had an event in the theatre and were almost late because of all of this. She was fixing it with the open door and left a wet and dirty towel in the bathroom. This entire situation and experience was extremely uncomfortable and after asking for a compensation, the hotel simply refused without any explanation or apology for the inconvenience even!

  : Location was great. 15 mins by walk to the city center. Breakfast is OK, enough salads, cakes and hot meals. Coffee & tea were very good.
  : For king-size bad we've got 2 small blankets when asked to change to one big blanket got response that there is no (?!!) such blankets in the hotel. One morning there wasn't hot water at all. We've been told that it was some general city's problem but it was not so easy to wash hair with cold water. In the bath room there was missing a shower curtain so the floor was very wet after shower.
