  : I was so worried about the virtual concept of rooms, a bit scared things wont work out, but the staff were helpful to share the details on time.
  : I moved around couple of rooms due to my extent staying , some toilets were not in a good condition. But overall the rooms and facility are nice

  : Room is clean, a little bit small. Location is excellent, very closed to Old Town and takes only few minute's walk to the tram stop, supermarket or restaurant.
  : Room is a little bit small and doesn't provide continental breakfast as advertisement.

  : Easy online check in once received the check in link. There were some people outside the accomodation who were clearly trying to sort their registration so definitely do this before you arrive so you can get into the accomodation right away. The location is perfect and easy to get to from the airport. It's far enough away from the really touristy areas to avoid the massive crowds but there are shops, and so many good restaurants right on the doorstep. The beds were also really comfortable!
  : Whilst you can't hear outside noise, the accomodation is quite noisy within the building. With the building being quite old I assume it doesn't have a lot of insulation and is quite echoey. You'd hear people making drinks, arriving home and showering in the middle of the night! I sleep well anywhere, but if you are a light sleeper I'd keep this is mind.

  : Vey good location, nice apartment, but nothing more. + expensive for what they provide!
  : The check-in process was quite problematic, since their website did not function. I had to call them after 40 min of online struggles. They solve it, but still... why loose 40 mins for a check-in? + check-out is at 10 am (really?) and even if they have many hours between the check-out (10am ) and the check in (3pm) the air in the room it's not clean. It seems the entire building it's owned by them and they just provide the minimun and pricing the maximum. I wouldn't come back there anymore.

  : Convenient and clean and keypad entry system was great. Location was and remains excellent.
  : Reception at another property was confusing and asking a question of the team I ended going to the reception to drop my bag as I arrived early, but told room was available .. I had asked this in an email so could have saved myself the trip. But a minor blemish.
