  : our room as facing the street. Cable cars are running right outside the windows. It was very loud. one could only sleep with windows closed. you might want to ask for a room facing the courtyard.

  : The bed was comfortable.
  : The room was on the top floor (walk up) and had slanted ceilings in bathroom and kitchen so bad that if you’re tall and try to stand straight getting off the toilet you’ll hit your head. The bathroom also was two steps down to the toilet which at night time was an issue. The kitchen was not well stocked so we abandoned trying to make any food there.

  : I liked the location and the room was very comfortable. There were nice touches such as the chocolates, little bottle of bubbles and water. Loved the abba playing continuously 24/7 at reception.

  : Location was great, very central and public transport outside. Also very close to supermarket too for breakfast supplies. Staff gave us a complimentary bottle of mini prosecco and chocolates which was a fab touch :)

  : The cleanliness was not good; there were hairs in the bathroom, and I saw some bugs in the bathroom.

  : The location is really good. The girl at the reception is very attentive. However, the working staff in the restaurant is very rude, which greatly spoils your mood. They should improve their service as they seem to lack knowledge in this area. Additionally, disposable slippers were not provided in the room after it was cleaned. Instead, the cleaner took away the kitchen paper entirely. Please be aware that you may be charged a pre-damage fee that you will have to wait for a refund. Overall, the location is excellent, the reception staff is helpful, but the restaurant staff is terrible. The 4-star rating does not accurately reflect the hotel, and it's unclear why they have the freedom to assign as many stars as they want. On a positive note, the cleanliness is commendable.
