  : Depending on what you want to do while you're in town it could either be great or somewhat stressful and you may lose out on some sleep. The place is located right in the heart of Provincetown which means you'll be within walking distance to pretty much everything in the area and you'll be able to stroll right back into your unit. Aside from the location, however, I don't have many nice or great things to say.
  : First off it would've been great to know that the deck is actually shared and not private which is a little misleading. It's also not as nice as it's pictured. There's sort of just random crap from burnt out candles to a discarded umbrella. There's really no chairs and the table outside is pretty weathered and moreso serves a divider between you and the other property next door. As previously mentioned the location is hit or miss depending on what you're looking for, if you want something relaxing to get away from the business of the streets and bars around you're in for a rude awakening, literally. The unit is located right next to an open deck drag stage so be prepared to hear the same 5 songs every night. You could just close all the windows and doors but then be prepared to baked away because the unit gets very hot. While there is an air conditioner it pretty much only cools the kitchen sink which it is awkwardly place above. The furniture is also pretty uncomfortable which again is fine except the bed is like a rock and the pillows might as well be rolled up tshirts balled together. Did I mention the drag show goes until 2 or 3am sometimes. This place just feels like a money grab, they put out the cheapest furniture knowing the location is great which it is if your plan is to get little to no sleep and drink away the days.

  : The location is great.
  : The bed and bedding is uncomfortable. The windows in the loft do not have any shades so the sun comes in at dawn. There is no AC in the sleeping area and it gets extremely hot. There is a sky light but it doesnt open properly so I had to use a butter knife to prop it open. The space is run down and shabby. For a week long stay, they only provided 2 towels. The walls are very thin, i was able to hear the neighbors talk.
