: Can be quite warm during hot summer nights (no airco, only a fan). Low throughput of shower sewage.

: The location was very good to where we had a wedding - only 5 minute walk and 10 minutes away there are wonderful views of Rome. There is also a wonderful American place to have great American breakfasts which is great value for money. The room is very spacious with comfortable bag and fridge with small table small sofa.
: The first surprise was that on arrival we were informed that payment by credit card is not accepted (even if it says accepted on Booking.com). Then on paying she added 21 to the bill (about 7%) which was not included in the receipt. Then she told us that although breakfast is included, she can offer only some small things due to Covid, so recommended to have breakfast someplace else!! Then she mentioned that she has problems of with WIFI because of 5G and it was intermittent. In fact in 4 days, we did not have wifi availability once and either had to use Mobile data or go to a restaurant. Surprisingly restaurants with similar provider as hers did not have any problems. TV was also listed in Booking.com but no TV was available. The shower pressure is really pathetic and you have to literally leave it running for 5 minutes before some warm water comes. It is actually mentioned in the Notes left in the room!

: Very friendly and responsive host, very clean accomodation, beautiful location, close to public transport.
: The insulation is poor, so the noise from neighbours or street can be disturbing, but with silicone earplugs manageable even for a bad sleeper. The old bed looks beautiful, but unfortunately not the best for sleeping.

: Spacious sleeping and lounge room, with plenty of storage, and a mini fridge. Location was nice and quiet at night, which can be hard to come by relatively central in Rome. Building is secure.
: Shower is quite small, which can make it hard to manoeuvre. It was fine for us, but worth noting. Location is handy to Trastevere, and a short walk down the hill, however if youre planning to do a lot of walking around town you might want to save your legs and catch public transport in and back, which can add up. Because of this, depending on your budget, it was a little on the expensive side for us, however Rome in general is expensive!
