  : On the outside, it looks really modern and has a lot of facilities! The areas were clean and the check in went fast!
  : -The hotel is far from the old center! It is 20 mins walking (uphill!) to a metro line! Also with the bus it was quite a journey and mostly coming back the bus was overfull and u had to stand the whole way.- The staff was correct but not that friendly or inviting.- The room was old but clean. There was not a lot of isolation between the rooms (we heard the neighbour snore!!!) The beds were hard and the pillows really uncomfortable.One day we only received one new towel (for two person) so we had to go to the reception and after 30 mins somebody came to bring a towel…- The minibar was broken in our room 201 (also were the drinks disgustingly expensive, 4€ for a can of cola) and it took us 2 reports to the reception to get it fixed! - Overall was this hotel a novice 3 star hotel instead of a 4 star one!

  : Agree with sentiments of a lot reviews (which we didn’t pay much attention to as location was in our sweet spot…comfortable walk for us to Vatican City), but hotelwise….1. Dated (photo shopped pics don’t accurately reflect condition). 2. Noise…OMG, can hear people in adjoining room talking clear as day (the entire conversation, including person on speaker). Our attempts to quiet them down (as one conversation went non-stop from 10pm-midnight) did nothing, including knocking on walls and doors! 3. Air Conditioning system is strange…have to call reception to turn on/off, amend temp. On a few occasions, our instructions not met. 4. No plug points near bed. 5. No water on day of checkout.

  : The rooms were old the mattress was hard, they didnt have a full bar and the bar tender only knew how to make certain drinks. The area was far from all the places we wanted to visit. The whole hotelLooked run down and not like the photos. The staff was helpful.

  : Excelent area. Very quiet but well connected. Reception staff were most welcoming and promptly solved all our requests. Room requests durring booking were fulfilled which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was OK, noting special, but with a few nice surprises. Like mini Philadelpia packets :)
  : Hotel caters almost exclisively to groups which means there is a lot of traffic in the hotel. Also, my opinion is that the owners are sqeezing the last penny out of the building running it on very low mantainance costs. Nothing that is not critical looks to be in a state of decay and ignored and even the cleaning ladies don't even use a vacum cleaner in the rooms becase they don't have access to one(it's brooms only). This makes cleanliness to be desired sometimes. Restaurant dinner food is bad. Breakfast is decent but restaurant food is bad.Even the atmosphere feels stuck in the 90s. I would not eat there unless everything else in the city was closed, this is Itally after all
