  : Nice hotel , good food, bar and restaurant
  : The room was too far from everything No windows, skylight , no view , unable to charge devices, even though in the lobby they had many to chose from none worked on American goods. The shower was 30 X 30. With two sliding doors, one of which if you touched while showering it came off the track. Tough getting in and out and dangerous for older people.

  : It is a nice looking hotel from the exterior. The breakfast was very agreeable.
  : The rooms mostly advertised on booking.com were clearly the highest tier of room available. My room was something akin to a storage cupboard with completely different aesthetics to the rest of the hotel. My bed was 2 single beds pushed together. The bathroom had significant mould in the shower and looked somewhat forgotten about. Noise cancelling wasn't at all considered as it was possible to hear others making love 12 rooms away. The one window available was a skylight and this wasn't openable at all. The staff didn't seem to care at all. I felt like I was being looked down upon during my entire trip. Business travelers and those attending the gala ball that was being held during my stay, were treated like royalty and waited on hand and foot. Access to the rooms was significantly limited during this event and staff claimed 'it is what it is'. I eventually checked out of my hotel by leaving my key card on the reception desk, as the receptionist wouldn't acknowledge me waiting in line for approx 10-15 minutes.Do not be fooled by the flashy exterior. This hotel is very pleasant to look at, or to visit if you are a high end business customer. If you are not in these two criteria, maybe consider other options.
