  : No handicap access to bar etc. People at desk were somewhat rude to me with my lack of Italian. One room kept being nonfunctional
  : Food was ok, taxi service was quick. Couldn't help us with lost/stolen wallet. Suggested handicap person walk 1 km uphill to police station. They were just busy with one thing so we had to taxi there n back

  : The location is great for the airport. Parking is free so also a bonus. The pool is great albeit a little cold if your travelling with children
  : The staff were rude, breakfast was awful on one occasion no toaster. Asked for pillows and was told there were none available. Buffet breakfast was acceptable if there was a conference on if not forget it. Also beware aware of rogue taxi drivers charging inflated prices. Booked cab from reception quoted 38 euro after refusing the offer we were charged 16 euro. Please read the card at the back seat!!!

  : The room was nice and the hotel is very clean and luxurious but: the internet did not work at all. I called the reception 3 times and they always said that someone was going to fix it but the problem persisted. I also had dinner at the restaurant. The food was okay but the pasta was definetely undercooked. For the cost of the room and the food, these sort of things are just not really acceptable.

  : Staff were very rude. The restaurant was not open on our stay, we were not informed at time of booking or arrival and it was only when I asked to book a table that evening they informed me that it was closed for a corporate event. So had to go elsewhere. Lots of stains on our mattress, showed reception the photos of how bad it was and they just shrugged their shoulders.

  : The room boasted ample space and featured an open bathroom, offering guests a pleasant and expansive environment. Furthermore, the room showcased a delightful view, adding to the overall appeal. Additionally, the air conditioning system proved to be highly effective, ensuring optimal comfort even in the face of scorching temperatures.
  : The breakfast was okay, but it would have been nice to have more choices for eggs. Also, the room key had some issues with connecting, which was really inconvenient because I had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed (four times in total during my stay). On top of that, the location of the accommodation wasn't great for getting to Rome's city center. It took a lot of time and money to get there, with transportation costs adding up to at least 20 euros, maybe even more. And it was really difficult to find a taxi to take us to the city center for dinner. But it terms of quality stay it was top notch in comfort and cleanliness.

  : Breakfast is good but not many options for longer stays
  : Keycard needed changing daily because it kept not letting me in my own room, staff just ignored the issue when I reported it the third time. Wifi is extremely outdated, prepare to have your mobile hotspot on. The hotel is frequently used as a convention center - elevators are constantly busy and the lobby is filled with attendees
