  : The aesthetics of the room are lovely with exposed brick. The location is close to the Forum and Coliseum. The beds are comfortable enough.
  : There are No Windows in room 5, and a shared courtyard (not very nice) which makes it impossible to open the door for ventilation. The air conditioner did not cool the room, it was also noisy and had a blue light that flashed all night long! Their response was that "no one else complained." The room is small with no tray to unpack luggage. I have trusted Booking for many years. I personally don't understand why this property has so many good reviews? I think that Christia tried to communicate even when we had a problem with incorrect directions to parking, but it ultimately felt very impersonal and unsatisfying. We have stayed in Rome at least eight times and we would not choose this location again.

  : We basically used the room to sleep and to shower. If I had the chance I would choose a room with a street view but it wasn't a problem. The room was pretty recently furnished. Everything looked nice. Bathroom was also pretty new and, the room and the bathroom was really clean. We also had great tea and coffee treats in the room. Staff was also very nice. For me, the best thing about the Guest House is the location. You are pretty close to Termini (around 15 min walk with luggage), nice bars and restaurants, and monuments (which is not a criteria since its Rome and you can see a monument anywhere) and you can sleep in a quiet area!
  : We stayed at the small room with the sun and ventilation problem. There was a terrace but anyone in the Guest House can reach it and you have to keep the blinds closed all the time (I don't like flashing people smoking outside). Also, after showering you can only open the bathroom window which was not a great ventilation. We were lucky that the weather wasn't too humid. Otherwise we couldn't stay in the room 5 minutes after showering. Also, not so important but please accept it as a suggestion, we need hangers! There were some but they were too high and low capacity. At some point the room turned into a shrine with all the towels and clothes hanging around:)
