  : Convenient lift, nice size rooms, convenient location. Very helpful staff and free self serve coffee all day. Staff had direct line to taxi and could summon quickly at all times of the day.

  : The service was great especially helpful including rooftop service. Room beautfully decorated and comfortable. Hotel was undergoing renovations but so discreet you didn't notice. Very quiet and great location. ATM in the hotel an advantage.

  : Everything! This hotel is under construction and work starts early and is noisy. Jack hammer removal of marble stairs, dust and construction debris everywhere. Staff doesn't know how to work the cooling system, when we checked out there were a/c repair people. Waiting downstairs there was a parade of guests all with different problems the staff is courteous but totally inept. It's like an old Faulty Towers episode! Not worthy of Sure Hotel name at all stay away at all costs!

  : Location very closed to Termini train station and few minutes walking to metro. Room was large and comfortable.
  : Construction Working into the hotel were quite noisy and disturbing. The price for 1 night in standard room in this hotel was far away from being reasonable.

  : The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were recently renovated. The breakfast was good and it had gluten free options, but you have to ask for them.

  : The renovation work was the only thing that spoiled it. Impacted more on my mother in law who was on 5th floor. Noisy with drills and the staircases were not in a good state.

  : Excellent hotel, ideally situated in the thriving Monti district with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a rooftop bar offering food and drinks too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - we were very satisfied with the added offer to book our tickets for the Vatican Museum a day in advance, which meant we could skip the line for a more relaxed experience. The taxi booking service was also superb. Great breakfast offering many choices, comfortable room and overall a very pleasant stay.
  : The hotel was undergoing renovations whilst we were there, so there was the occasional building-work noise and areas looking a little untidy. That being said, the staff were very apologetic about the situation, and we don't feel it hampered our stay. I'm sure the hotel will be even better once work has been completed!
