  : Diana and her son Ricardo were exceptional hosts--extremely welcoming, available and helpful. They obviously love what they do! The location was excellent--about a 10-15 minute walk to the Colosseum in one direction, and the Termini train station in the other. Good restaurants nearby (ask Diana for recommendations!). Very clean rooms, great air conditioning, very quiet location. Diana brought in delicious croissants every morning for her guests! Our room had a great view of a beautiful, quiet courtyard.
  : Beds were very firm--too hard for our comfort, but others may prefer them. Only one desk chair for seating, so no place for second person to sit, and only one luggage rack.

  : Room was very, very clean! Great job. They had great AC. Great location, very close to various restaurants. 5-10 minute walk to the colosseum. Next door to a restaurant and small market which is great for snacks, drinks. Room had a small refrigerator. Diana and her son were very friendly and polite, spent 3 nights and we were always up early so we didnt interact much but the times we did they were always very pleasant. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.
  : Wi-Fi worked but it wasnt great. We had a room with a window to the street, was noisy at times even when shut. If other guests are loud you can definitely hear them.

  : The location wasnt the best. Yes, it was close to the Colosseum, but was quite far away from everything else. Every day we had to walk at least 20-30 min before getting somewhere of note.One thing I thought was bad, was housekeeping. The first day we wanted to sleep in, so we put the The not disturb sign on the door, so housekeeping wouldnt come in when we were there. When we left we put the sign on Please clean our room, but when we came back, the room wasnt cleaned. This happened 4/5 days. The only time our room was cleaned was when we left early. So we had to use the same towels for the entire week and our trash can wasnt emptied. There was no staff at the reception at any time to ask for our room to be cleaned. I had to go out of our room once to try and find a new toilet paper roll or else we wouldve been without for the rest of our stay. This could definitely be improved!

  : The staff was very helpful and polite, they gave us suggestions about the places to eat and visit. Even though breakfast wasn't included they offered coffee and croissant. The location was very good, 5 min walk from Colosseum.

  : Diana is super nice and helpful, we felt super welcomed. The location is good and the hotel was super clean.
  : It can get a bit noisy, you can hear the noise outside and from the guests in other room. The mattress and pillows are also not very comfortable. The matress is too tough and the pillows too thin.
