  : The property was in a very good location, just 8-12 min from the main station.The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is basic, but if you need more breakfast option there is a coffee shop just around the corner where you can get omelet or pancakes for breakfast.
  : It would be good to have at least one iron in the property as it was removed due to safety reasons.

  : Just few minutes walk to Vittorio Emanuele Metro station. Many restaurants and Conrad supermarket nearly by. Breakfast so delicious.
  : The bed too soft for me.

  : The location was excellent - a short walk from Rome Termini and only 15 mins to the Colosseum. The room was very comfortable with all the essentials provided. The complimentary fresh fruit and bottle of wine were a nice touch.

  : Oriana-she was amazing, friendly and very helpful with everything---a gem!!!!
  : room was very small---no window to outside--tv had no English channel--stairs to room--very small lift-- walls were very thin---no one there overnight in case of emergency--I found some of the door keys hard to turn-------

  : We absolutely loved the hospitality and warmth of Oriana and Stefano and the rest of the staff. We loved the central location, the beauty and the quaintness of the accommodation.
  : Brigid found it very comfortable so it is a good accommodation for small to average sized people. I found the bed too narrow and the mattress too soft. I woke up each morning with a sore back. The shower was too small for me but maybe I am too big for Italy.

  : I was able to check in early as the room was ready. Was meet by the lovely Oriana who showed us to our room. She explained the room to us in detail, she even gave us a map to show us where the sighs where, such a helpful delight she was. Breakfast was 8am which was after we were to leave, Oriana put breakfast in our room the night before, again another lovely gesture along with the fresh fruit and water already in the room on arrival. Tea and coffee facilities available just across the corridor. Location was fantastic about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station and close to all the attractions which restaurants close by. Highly recommend staying here but only for a short period.
  : The plug sockets did not work unless the light was switched on so you could not charge any electronic's overnight or when not in the room. The room also did not have a window. Advertised having a minibar and a welcome bottle of wine, we did not have these but not an issue. Also had to pay city tax which was not stated when booking.
