  : Nice economical place, located maybe 20-30 minutes by bus and metro from the main attractions, accessible also at night (by night buses). What was also interesting was that it's a bit on the side from touristic center, so you can feel a bit different face of Rome, also welcoming, with good food, more Italian language in the air and less tourism. Comfortable room and bed, easy check-in and check-out, common fridge and access to kitchen.
  : Walls and ceiling in the bathroom need an urgent renovation (shower, sink, toilet are ok).

  : The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The cleaner was nice.
  : The shower was broken, so we had to keep holding onto it in order to shower. Also, the owner was extremely rude. We had three keys to enter the building, the apartment and our own room. The apartment door had a long, strange key and a very old lock which did not open easily, so one night my friend and I (we are both young girls) could not open the door. We tried everything in our power to open it, but the door and lock would not budge. We tried contacting the owner 20 times via phone, email or booking.com but he would not respond, even though booking said he would be available 24/7. We also tried calling booking.com twice but they would not help us. We were locked outside of our apartment for 2 hours in the middle of the night and no one helped us. We had to book another room somewhere else at 2 o'clock in the night last minute because we couldn't get in our own. It was scary to walk as two girls in the middle of the night in this creepy neighbourhood without any of our stuff. The next morning the owner still didn't contact us so we tried calling him again and he just started making fun of us, telling us we didn't know how a door works, basically calling us stupid (of course we know how a door works). Then when we went to speak with him in person he just started screaming at us almost immediately, telling us that it was our own fault and there was nothing wrong with his door or his key. I tried speaking with him in a human way but he would just keep screaming and eventually he just walked away without helping us or making us feel better. We did not feel understood at all and we were very sad that we had to sleep here again for another night. The next night we also almost were unable to open the door, but after trying for many many times again it opened (but again, it took a lot of effort). The owner had told us he did not want to refund our extra room and booking also did not help us at all.

  : The staff was nice and friendly and spoke English, the room looked like the pictures and was clean.
  : The location isn't the greatest. This part of town is dirty and is not connected to metro.

  : The accommodation was a bit different than we expected, because the rooms looked a bit different than on the pictures, but it was very clean, the beds were comfy and everything we needed was there. Andrea (The man who showed us everything) was cleaning everyday and was very friendly and open for a chat and we felt to be in good hands :)
  : To be clear, it is a low-budget-accommodation, so dont expect too much comfort or that everything is perfectly new. But still everyones very gentle and you have everything you need.

  : The bedroom and bathroom had widespread black mold on the surfaces, which is a serious health hazard. After one night, we approached the owner and told him that we were leaving because of the health risk. He became combative and claimed we were leaving because we didn't like the room. He lied to booking.com and, as a result, we've been denied a refund for the two nights that we DIDN'T stay there.

  : The room was clean when we arrived, there was a spacious balcony, ventilator. The kitchen was well-equipped with utensils, fridge, microwave, and gas driven stoves, and there were free of charge olive oil, coffee, sugar, and salt. Nearby, there were a lot of shops , local restaurants and a pharmacy. Tram and bus station in walkable distance. The maining person was very polite and generous/ gave us a coupon for 10% off a local bakery/
  : The bed was a bit noisy, and the walls - thin /you could hear what other people do in the nearby rooms/ The shower cabin was very small.The floor in the rooms was a bit dusty. The neighborhood is quite weird /there were people smoking weed and etc./ The transportation in the area is quite unreliable/ especially during the night hours/ and it is always SUPER crowded. So, if you want to enjoy long night walks, it may be hard to organise getting back in the hotel.
