Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Comfortable and clean room.Nice and helpful staff.The location is near the main attractions such as the Trevi Fountain.
  : Elevator is a bit old and has a musty smell.Breakfast is served at a coffee bar 5 minutes walk called b-cool. I must say it is an uninviting place. Yes it is clean and modern, but the staff and waiters are not nice. With the voucher you get from the hotel, you can order one egg (this means that the omelet, for example, is made from only one egg), a very small cup of coffee and one croissant that is not fresh, cold and with a lot of sugar on top (they can't heat it and don't have it without the sugar). They have a buffet where you can eat as much as you can but there isn't a lot of choice and you can't take anything away. The staff physically prevents you from doing this. My recommendation is, if you can order without breakfast do it, and go somewhere else.Despite what has been said, the hotel is excellent and I recommend it.

  : Location is very central. Nearby the Rome's main attractions, restaurants and shopping district. Our room was for a family of four and surprisingly quite spacious for Europe.
  : Our driver had a hard time locating the hotel as there was no signage. We had to go inside the building and to the second floor just to reach the hotel's main entrance. It would be helpful to have a sign to indicate the hotel when guests are arriving at the hotel.

  : The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to Rinchanta Mall. They do not have a dining room and there is an option to eat at a nearby restaurant 2 minutes walk away. The man at the reception was nice and very kind, we received excellent service.
  : The water flow in the shower was too weak in my opinion.
