  : The owner is super nice, he personally serves you breakfast and makes sure you have everything you need. For the price, you get decent accommodations near the metro station.
  : The cleaning could be a little bit better. When we arrived the room smelled too strongly of cigarette and there was an empty bottle which didnt belong to us. Also, the shower could use some deep cleaning (it is a box type of shower). The bed was not super comfortable. We were given keys to go in and out. However, there were quite a few keys and they were not clearly marked, so each time we needed to use them we spent some time checking all the different keys.

  : Flavio was very welcoming and we enjoyed having friendly conversations with him. The coffees he prepared us were very tasty! The bed was comfortable and the AC was a very good + during our (warm) stay.
  : The bathroom of the room was very small and not very modern. We expected something better from the room according to the photos we saw but in the end except the bathroom it was good.

  : The host was super nice. There are snacks and food available throughout the day to eat for free. The AC is fine too. The location is a bit far from centre but is reachable by public transport.
  : The AC was smelling and the room was also just enough to fit a bed.

  : Flavio and the staff in general are very kind, Flavio's coffee is the best. They offer a small breakfast which is good for the price. The private bathroom was inside the room and very clean. Regarding the location you will be on a 10 minute walk to the metro station and a supermarket. Additionally, you are very close to one of the best gelaterias in Italy.
  : Maybe the bed mattress could be better, but it's comfortable.
