  : White Flat Colosseo is in an excellent location. Five minutes walk to the train station which has an excellent shopping centre. Hop on hop off bus stop beside flat. Some mini markets close by for essentials and plenty of places to eat. Within walking distance of Collseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. All within twenty minutes. Flat was clean, bright, spacious and tidy with all essentials. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. Bed was comfortable. Good WiFi. Extra pillows and blankets provided. Federico who rents the property was prompt to reply to any queries we had. No problems accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Rome.
  : This is not a criticism of the flat but something to be aware of if you have issues with mobility. The flat is on the third floor so quite a few steps to climb and no elavator.

  : Excellent location, it's near the train station and metro lines. It's very calm. There are lots of little places nearby where you can eat. The host was very friendly and let us drop off our bags at 11h so we could start wandering around immediately

  : We really liked that the apartment was spacious and bright, as well as very clean. Location was great.
  : Our only suggestion is to replace the bed mattress as there is a hole in the middle.

  : - The beds were comfortable - The location was absolutely exceptional, easily earning a 20 out of 10 rating. It must be one of the best aspects of this place. - The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it convenient for cooking. - It was great to find that we were provided with soap, shampoo and plenty of towels, ensuring a hassle-free stay. - The internet speed was fantastic - We never had to worry about hot water; it was consistently available. - The air conditioning worked efficiently, both for cooling and heating, keeping us comfortable. - The apartment offered ample space for our belongings, making our stay more convenient. - Having a large fridge was a big plus. - Our apartment was situated in a quiet inside area of the building complex, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. - The inclusion of a safe added to our peace of mind. - The cleanliness of the bed was noticeable and appreciated. - The hosts were highly responsive, addressing any concerns or questions promptly. - There was no shortage of toilet rolls, which was a thoughtful touch.
  : - Unfortunately, the radiators didn't work, leaving the apartment quite cold. We had to rely on the AC to heat up the room, which wasn't ideal. - One puzzling issue was a randomly locked closet that we couldn't use at all, making us wonder about its purpose. - The shower doors were broken and couldn't close properly, which was a bit inconvenient for showering. Despite a few downsides, such as the heating issues and the closet problem, the overall experience at this place was positive, thanks to its comfortable amenities and excellent location.

  : Very good location - close to the station for getting to and from airport. Within walking distance of many of the major sites and easy metro link to more distant sites. Also very reasonably priced for such a central city location.
  : On the third floor so stairs could be a struggle for those with heavy bags (however, our kind host carried ours up). Had some issues with the kettle and iron but now rectified.
