  : I was given an unclean apartment/room. By that I mean just as the people that had rented it before me left it. I was asked to wait for someone to be sent to clean or to be relocated. After hours of waiting inside the dirty apartment with my kids I was told all they could do was reimburse what I had paid but it would take 3 business days, or that I could stay get credit $115 for cleaning and someone would come and clean in the morning. I was 6 hrs from home didn’t have the money to pay out of pocket for another hotel . I cleaned and even washed the used sheets. I asked to be given clean blankets and for the trash to be removed. The cleaner was supposed to show up at 11 am but didn’t come until after 1 pm and that’s because I called in . I had plans so I had to leave . when I got back I seen that all that was done was that the trash was taken out and clean towels where left and the dirty dishes that had previously been left had been washed and put away. no blankets no vacuum. I called to ask again for blankets all I wanted was to be able to sleep the 2nd night . I was told someone would come and bring us blankets. Waited for hours and nothing I had to go out and buy some. btw i did clean but I had to purchase the cleaning supplies to be able to. I did get an apology and was told I would get a $115 reimbursement. First and last time I book with them.
