  : Breakfast was excellent and location was very accessible. Enjoyed our stay.
  : The bathroom is set up weird the toilet and shower are fine but the location is weird right in front of our beds. Plus the vent didn’t work so everyone could hear when someone was in the toilet so we had to increase the volume of the tv. Never seen such a weird location for a bathroom.

  : When we originally booked it it showed us in a suite with a separate room sectioned off from the other. Wasn't Like that when we got there it was really cramped. They didn't have any extra towels or wash cloths we were expected to use 2 wash cloths and towels for 6 people. They seemed overbooked for what they could accommodate

  : Not safe. Our vehicle was broke into two nights in a row. Tail lights were stolen and the door handle was damaged. Staff did not care or show any concern. We had to move vehicle from the motel to a safer location to keep it from being stolen and pay to travel around the city. Room was so humid that everything felt constantly damp if not down right wet.

  : The location. It's 3 minutes from Walmart and right off i10. 15-20 mins from SeaWorld. But that's about it.
  : We registered for 7 people, they didn't want to give us more than 4 towels, Expected you to re-use all towels includi wash cloths on the second day of the stay. I asked the cleaning staff for a washcloth in the morning and she chuckled and said they don't have any, they need to wash. Then I asked in the evening, the front desk and she said all they ahve are pool towels and got cross and asked for my room number when she gave me those. She smartly said that it's customary to only clean the rooms every other day, and to not get new towels and I explained that that hadn't been my experience even in her sister hotel in Austin. She was smug and unapologetic. They didn't bus the tables at breakfast or refill most of the buffet items when they were depleted. On Friday morning they ran out of pastries at 8 am and never replenished them, on Friday they were out of pastries and oatmeal at 9 am (breakfast wasn't over until 10) and never put more out. 3/7 of us vomited--I think the pork sausage was undercooked. The trashcans were overflooded and tables sticky. They ran out of coffee cups at the coffee bar so the tops didn't fit the coffee cups. The landline phones were still in the room, but were not connected. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty on day one.

  : Too much noise on first floor. Heard everything outside the door and above us. Was not pleased with all the racket. I was there for a hospital procedure and all the noise was very disturbing.
