  : I liked absolutely nothing !
  : As soon as we opened the door it smelled of wet old moldy and just gross.Then we noticed the walls had some kind of leak.So figured ok that’s where that smell is coming from.Then There was mold on the chair and my 2yr old child was playing on it for 5min until I found out.We literally only stayed in that room for 5min until we left to ask for another room.Get to that one and smelled way better then come to find out next day that the fridge did not work.So they stalled for another 10hours to replace it.Then the breakfast was gross.The indoor pool is so foggy plus they had all windows open and doors open to outside being 95 degrees .Plus the elevators worked when they wanted to.My card key also had problems with that opening our room one night.Just awful Never again what made me so upset is my baby playing in mold.This is by far the worst hotel.How dare they even charge me $260 for all that headache .Then I had to make sure my daughter wouldn’t get anything from the floor,could you imagine ,ugh.Here are some pictures of the chair I mentioned and this fridge they provided us,mind blowing.The desk was broken off you’ll see in pic.The wooden box looking thing is what was holding the fridge.About to fall apart any second,mind you my daughter was by it.Then these gross stains on bed skirt.And the phone did not work to call up front.The other pic you see is wires tied together to hold a lamp in working mode.Fire Hazard!!!!So guess what,all those times it was either me or my husband going up and down to let them know.And we tried to be very patient but this is a bit too much to handle especially trying to enjoy a family vacation

  : It was trashy and we found a glass pipe with residue of some kind of drug under the bed.

  : The Room is big and the bedding, linens and towels are clean.
  : They gave us a room that someone is already in there. We opened the door a half naked guy standing in the bathroom door told us it’s their room. The front desk gave us a wrong rolm number. It as very embarrassing !

  : There were no pillows in my room. The hot pool was dirty. Overall, pleasant stay.

  : The staff never greets you The room smelled like mildewThe breakfast was minimal The pool and hot tub smelled like Clorox No one cleaned our room the 3 days we were thereWe had to go to the front desk and ask for towels every day

  : Room was dirty. There was blood stains on the comforters, A/C was not working properly, and only one elevator was working. I asked to speak to manager and was told I would receive a call I never received one.
