: Old building with lots of charm. Full kitchen, well stocked. Spacious living area. Excellent location - walkable to everything.
: The 2 bedrooms have the heads of the beds against the shared wall, making it less private. Would have been nice to have a 2nd bathroom, but for the price it worked. Getting luggage up the stairs was a challenge (no elevator.)

: The walls were super thin. On the carriage and ghost tour paths. Direct route to River street, lots of drunks walking by. Not enough seating in living room for 4 people.

: The location is fantastic. We were concerned about parking, but it was really not an issue. Clean and comfortable unit.
: The front door lock was ridiculously hard to open. It took much jiggling and jostling to get the door unlocked. We spent 2.5 hours searching out and using a laundromat for a small load, only to find the washer and dryer in one of the bedroom closets on the last day. Would have been nice if the notes either by email or in the unit stated where t find it.

: Location, lots of room. Neat and comfortable beds. Nice place. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions. Could walk most places and that was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
: The upstairs neighbors loud and stayed up late moving heavily about. Not enough livingroom furniture for 4 people to be comfortable. Space limited in that room but could use something like a small sectional or an addition comfy chair or two.

: Check out time should have been at noon. There also could have been hand soap that wasnt watered down and another roll of toilet paper would have been appreciated.
