  : Beautiful apartment, very clean and modern and had everything we needed including shampoo, toilet roll, kitchen utensils. The location was great - just a 10min walk to the Cathedral and Alczar areas. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too so very convenient.
  : There was a strong sewage smell inside of the apartment (not outside). It smelled downstairs and in the bedroom in the mezzanine. The team (Nairi was great) tried to help by providing bleach for the drains and some nice smelling things but unfortunately it didnt help. The only thing that improved the awful smell was constantly having the air con in to keep the air flowing. I think we eventually got used to the smell? Disappointing as it wasnt a cheap place to stay and everything else was so good about the place but this overwhelmed the experience.

  : The location was good, situated right in the center, very close to Plaza de Espana. Also, we have managed to find free parking spaces right in the front of the accommodation.
  : The property was a little bit dirty, with lots of stains and the pillows were inconfortable. Also, the smell was awful, when we arrived in the evenings, although we opened the window, the smell still was there, day and night. We talked to the property about an issue with the window, it didnt close properly and we could hear everything from the street and it was also cold because if this. The issue was not solved until our departure.

  : Was able to find a parking space in the neighbourhood. The apartment is located not far from the old town. Lovely coffee & bakery (Santagloria) nearby, perfect for a good start. Nice and reasonably short walk to the Cathedral through jardines de Murillo.

  : Spacious, clean, comfortable and excellent location. Facilities were great. I would recommend it. Great for the money. Visited as couple but there was room for 4. Photos taken at night in arrival. There are two bathroom facilities.
  : Occasional smell back from plumbing system after using the shower. Weird because it wasnt consistent. Not bad enough to be a significant issue. Frosted glass, so no sense of the weather when in the property. If you want to watch TV you require your own log in.

  : The apartment had a very bad smell all the time. probably from the drain. Also, the amenities it mentioned that it had, shampoo and hairdryer were not as good as I would expect.
