  : Excellent location. Staff was very helpful although they couldn't fix the problem described below on the first night of our stay.
  : First room we were given had a broken A/C system and the room was very warm. It was around 4pm and the staff said they could not get someone to fix the A/C until the next day and that no other rooms were available. They provided a small portable unit, but overall night #1 was uncomfortable. We did get moved into another room of the same class the next day and it was fine after that. Hotel provided a 20% discount for the problem (for night #1) but I had to ask for consideration; it was not offered up. We did note that there was a big difference in the amenities in the room despite the class of room being the same. Room 103 (with the problem A/C) was not as nice as Room 203. #203 had more natural light and a small couch in the sitting area. Room 103 had brackets still on the bathroom wall from where something once hung, other walls were marred. The room needs a refresh. I would suggest that people save the breakfast money and opt out on that part of the rate. Simply get breakfast at any of the numerous places right outside the door for a better selection and fewer euros. The breakfast food and service were good but not great. Some of what was supposed to be on the plate was not and it took a long time for that to be corrected each morning.

  : Location was amazing for being able to easily walk to most of the city sites. We had rooftop breakfast one day and the views were great! Room was beautiful and clean with a nice large bathroom.

  : Location was great, in the old town area. The original features from wrought iron balcony to wood draws and the flooring all brought the old value to the accommodation.
  : Had difficulty with the air conditioning and could not get it off 27deg which is way too hot.
