: The shuttle to/from city center was great. Also, the food was very good, and the view from the dining area was magnificent!

: The room was big with access to a balcony with lovely sea views.The shower was roomy with plenty of hot water and the bed was really comfortable.The drivers on the shuttle service to and from town, Pascuale and Luka, were really nice and friendly and all the guests got a warm welcome getting on the coach.Tip them whenever possible. They will be very grateful.
: This is such a nice hotel with a great location but was let down by the attitude of the staff.They seemed very dismissive with a matter of fact attitude.Could be because it's coming to end of season but no need for this behaviour.There were wasps flying round your breakfast.so not a very enjoyable experience and that was each morning. A member of staff was swatting the wasps when we came in the dining room so you couldn't sit on the terrace for fear of being stung..The solarium where the sunbeds were was littered with dog poo and when i told the lady at reception she just shrugged her shoulders.Oh, and the hot tub ,spa was empty. Overall the hotel needs a good facelift.

: Dino, Candida and Rosa were very welcoming and helpful during our stay at this family-owned hotel. The facility was very comfortable, location views were stunning, and the morning breakfast service was exceptional for Italy hotels. The cost was good value, compared to other hotels during our extended travels in Italy/Sicily.
: Everything at Il Nido exceeded our expectations.

: Book a room with a sea view. It is the selling point of the hotel, and it is absolutely stunning. The shuttle bus to and from Sorrento is a fantastic service and very regular and reliable. Breakfast included in the cost of your stay is a definite plus. The tours on offer include pickup from your hotel, which saves so much time and effort. I would recommend the Capri tour for 60 that we took.
: It's a basic hotel, you get everything you need and it's very clean.
