  : The hotel is high up on the mountain so the view is spectacular.We really like Giovanni at the front desk.
  : We didnt realize that the hotel was so far away from city centre and you arent able to walk because the road is so narrow that its dangerous to walk because of all the traffic.The hotel does provide a free shuttle but you are always on that schedule.

  : There was no table or place to put your luggage so we used the desk.

  : Family run hotel who were all friendly and gave us great advice on what to see and how to get there. Breakfast included was a bonus and when Nonna is cooking in the kitchen you know it's going to be good so dinner was amazing. Shuttle service provided was amazing and such friendly drivers. Beautiful view of Serento.
  : A bit far from city centre but shuttle service made up for it. Very handy

  : It feels like the staff are watching everything you do. They could be more pleasant and smile at the guests.

We found a solution for the last night - borrow hot tub towels to shut into the shutters.Plumbing/walls thin - could hear every toilet flush and shower of neighbouring rooms, Inc those that 2am, 3amInternet weak on the second floor. No lift for bringing luggage down at end of trip (staff helped take up)Shuttle bus is a bit of a walk from the train station with 30kg luggage so we got a taxi which was 50
