: Once you arrive to check-in during the evening hours (for us it was 10PM), you cannot just go inside the hotel. Guests must use a phone outside the door to call in to the front desk. Normally this wouldn’t have been an issue, but when the front desk person isn’t at the desk, the phone will not be answered. We waited and called for over 5 minutes. I finally started knocking in the glass door hoping someone would let us in. Thankfully, some guests in the lobby let us in. We stood at the front desk for another 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. Absolutely ridiculous only one person was on duty to check in guests.

: I booked two rooms. #108 is an accessable room. On the wall by the headboard the start preparing breakfast at 0545. On the other wall toward the foot of the bed housekeeping stars gathering the suppllies at 0600. Noise I booked room #118 as well .

: Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Did not expect happy hour which was a pleasant surprise. Everyone was very customer oriented with the exception of the bartender the second night. He was very grumpy; maybe he was just having a bad day. The first one was super friendly.
: Construction, the front entrance was very slippery when raining. Grandson wiped out and hurt himself. You may consider doing something else to make sure it is not slippery when wet.
