  : I like the locations it has I like the size of the room and that it has a kitchen inside
  : When I first got there I went to check on the bathroom that is a thing I always do when I get a hotel room and first the bathtub had like dirt in it witch I rinsed out before using it and the water faucet from it was loose I could not take a shower the water was really hot of course this hotel is in Arizona and heat is crazy there but don’t think they need to have their water heater so hi , the sofa bed had no sheets or blankets and the mattress on it was really dirty with nasty spots on it and the rug in the room was a hit old and also had like discolored spots as if the had to clean with some bleach it made it not look good, but overall there breakfast was okPool was green look like water wasn’t clean in some days I forgot to take pictures but one thing is for sure I will not stay there again This is my first time doing a review but for sure I will take pictures next time and write reviews were ever I stay next time

  : Sonesta ES Suites Tempe offers a good location in Tempe, with spacious rooms and a convenient working area. The laundry facilities and free breakfast, though not very varied, are nice perks.
  : However, the pool was not clean and often busy. Additionally, I was charged $20 more than my Booking.com reservation, with no clear explanation.

  : Grounds were somewhat dirty. Hosing the stairs would help a lot

  : There’s McDonald’s across the street and next to the mall.
  : Our hotel room was so dirty, it was not cleaned, it smelled like cigarettes, dirty rag was left in the sink, bathrooms were not cleaned I had to go to the store and get cleaning products. I was not given the option to switch rooms because there was no availability. Floors were dirty. Pull out couch had food in it. Floors were not vacuumed. Fridge was not cleaned. Overall horrible horrible horrible.

  : I liked the location but it was hard to find.
  : There was quite a line to check in, the receptionist didn't seem to know what was going on. I did not receive coffee filters in the room so I called to get some and never did. Why offer coffee machines if you can't use them? I had to walk to the front desk to get some. Service was poor, I noticed that the kitchen floor was soaked when I was wearing socks..... gross.... I didn't even report it because I knew nothing would be done about it.

  : Had to bring luggage upstair to the 1st floor. The second bedroom had no lock.
