: Apartment doesnt look like on the pictures, actually you see wear and tear a lot. shower drain was blocked, bathroom sink not clean.

: The location was great, the size of the property was good and the staff dealt with two problems we had swiftly. We locked ourselves out of one apartment and a light fitting came down from the ceiling but was fixed very quickly.
: The Bellini apartment was so poorly equipped that it was very difficult to cook. There were no knives to go with forks, no chopping knives, water pressure in bathroom taps was shockingly bad, no tea towels or oven gloves to get hot trays out of the oven, no clothes airer, not enough bowls for 6 people, only 1 saucepan with a handle (one broken one that was unusable), no bedside tables or lamps in main bedroom, general maintenance was poor and felt unloved. No tourist information at all, no moka, although the other apartment has 3, only one floor towel (two showers), the extractor fan doesnt work and chest of drawers looks like its about to collapse. The mimosa apartment had the same unloved feel but was slightly better equipped. There was, however, what looked like blood smeared on one of the bedroom doors. These apartments could be really nice if maintained and cared for a bit more thoughtfully. We did inform the rental company of the lacking facilities but they did not respond.

: The property was advertised as absolutely STUNNING. Whilst it was modern, the whole thing felt nothing as luxurious as in the photos. MOST importantly however is that it clearly says it has ac and the unit was completely kaput on arrival...in boiling hot weather. The guy who met us there did not appear to be a proper member of staff, rather a friend of the boss or someone. He was most unkeen to help us out (I am 5 months pregnant and it was on a higher floor and very hot), he refused to call the boss etc.
