  : The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.
  : The safe didn't work. The air conditioning only blew out hot. There was no fan. We couldn't keep the windows open at night because it was noisy outside. The temperature was 20-25 degrees so we were uncomfortably hot. There was no phone in the room until the last day when, even though we had put the do not disturb sign on the door, someone came in while we were out and moved our stuff to plug in a phone. The minibar only had water in, which cost 1.50. The hand soap was in the shower and the shower gel was by the sink but we couldn't move them. The emergency cord in the shower didn't work.. Considering this was supposed to be a superior room all these issues and the glass chandelier was broken. Two hairdryers did not work. I booked a twin room but this was a quadruple room and cost 900. I think I should have a refund of at least 50%.

  : Some upgrades are required of the facilities

  : The staff Omar was very helpful and information is very precise and clear.
  : The hotel room is next to the Teatro so it is very noisy even at 10pm. Hotel room is small but adequate, just that noise pollution is annoying.
