  : Location. Breakfast was good. Other than that, nothing else.
  : No elevator/lift. We are an old couple and had to climb 51 winding steps on a narrow stairway. The bathroom shower area is so small. The room was hot when we got in and took a long time to cool down. They turn off the AC when you're away- not set at a comfy temp.

  : Absolutely great location to walk around (to the accrations and St.Marcos Piazza) and use vaporettos (stop nearby). The bus from Marco Polo to Piazzale Roma and from there a vaporetto to Rialto and just 3 min walk.Renewd bathroom (tiny shower - luckily we are small)Hot water running properly.The fresh towels daily.Minibar to dtack some own snacks and drinks -stayed cold.Airconditioner functioning well.Room furniture wellmatching so looking nice. The windows to sidealley so it was quiet in the night.Breakfast was quite enough to start a day. Plus we got breakfast tray the night before due to early leave/before breakfast time.The staff was very friendly and helpful.
  : Only two flat pillows in yhe bed and one blanket (found) in the closet. The bed was made only with sheet and duvet.

  : The area and the location is very good and breakfast was included for the price. The hotel is so clean. The house keeping woman and Silvia was so helpful to us. Thanks for them. I'll defenetly stay there again.
  : Air conditioners in all rooms in the hotel were not working. There was a central problem and it was really hot. In Venice the buildings are so close to each other so even if you open the window no air gets in. The stuff were so helpful and they bought fan for us.
